Monday: 1 hour solo spin sesh
Tuesday: 20 min elliptical, one hour Body Pump class
Wednesday: Run 4 miles

Dec 26-Jan 1
Sunday: LB Tri Club Brick; 35 mile ride, 3 mile run. Also 2hr walk later
Monday: 30 min elliptical, 1 hour weight lifting class
Tuesday: 20 min elliptical, one hour Body Pump class, 15 min swim
Wednesday: 1 hour solo spin sesh
Thursday: 2 hours ice skating!
Friday:1 hour solo spin sesh, 15 min resistance training
Saturday: run 4 miles

Sunday: 5 mile race (Winter Solstice Christmas Run), 90 min Bikram Yoga

Monday: Bikram Yoga
Tuesday: 3.5 mile run on treadmill, 10 min abs, 1 hr Body Pump weight lifting class
Wednesday: 




Bikram Yoga












Thursday: Bikram Yoga, 45 min walk
Friday: Bikram Yoga
Saturday: 5K Run, 40 min Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones circuit training. Merry Christmas!


Dec 12-Dec 18
Sunday: 10 hours of physical labor starting at 4am.... then 40 min on elliptical, and half hour swim
Monday: 35 min elliptical, 20 min resistance. Wish I had more time to work out!
Tuesday: 1 hour solo spin sesh
Wednesday: 40 min elliptical, 20 min resistance
Thursday: rest
Friday: Bikram Yoga
Saturday: Bikram Yoga
Dec 5- Dec 11
Sunday: was supposed to do a race but.... lots of things didn't fall through, so biked 44 miles
Monday: 35 min elliptical, 15 min resistance, 1 hour lifting class
Tuesday: 1 hour Body Pump (lifting) class, 40 min solo spin sesh
Wednesday: 40 min elliptical, 45 min low res weights
Thursday: 75 min power yoga and 40 min walk
Friday: work... lots of manual labor
Saturday: 5.2 mile Run.... soooooo relieved I didn't die of pain!

Nov 28-Dec 4
Sunday: Turkey Triathlon (1/2 mile swim, 14 mile ride, 4.5 mile run)
Monday: 40 min elliptical, 20 min resistance, 1hour weight lifting class
Tuesday: 1 hour solo spin sesh
Wednesday: 40 min elliptical, 45 min resistance work
Thursday: Sweet sweet rest
Friday: 1.5 mile run of death, 45 min elliptical, 10 min resistance work, 35 min swim
Saturday: EFFFF>>>>> crappy weather and bum hip. No Brick. Did 1 hour solo spin sesh and a half hour swim

Nov 21-Nov 27
Sunday: run 3.75 miles, 1 hour Body Pump weights class
Monday: 40 min elliptical, 20 min resistance, 1hour weight lifting class
Tuesday: 1 hour solo spin sesh, 30 min weights
Wednesday: work
Thursday: work plus lots of manual labor 
Friday: 90 min solo spin sesh, 10 min abs and push ups
Saturday: 17 mile ride 3 mile run brick

Nov 14-Nov 20
Sunday: run 10 miles, bike 21 miles
Monday: 35 min elliptical, 20 min resistance, 1hour weight lifting class
Tuesday: 1 hour solo spin sesh
Wednesday: 20 min treadmill, 1 hour resistance, 30 min elliptical
Thursday: 50 min solo spin sesh, 30 min resistance training
Friday: treadmill run 30 min (about 3.5 miles), 30 min elliptical, 30 min swim
Saturday: 90 min spin
